Refund & Cancellation

Our commitment to transparency and fairness in our fee-only advisory services.

1. Professional Advisory Fees

CA Rinshad Wealth Advisory operates on a professional fee-for-service model. All fees are discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of any advisory engagement.

2. Cancellation of Services

Clients may choose to discontinue our advisory services at any time. To cancel, please provide a written notice via email to info@carinshad.com. The cancellation will be effective from the date the email is received.

3. Refund Policy

As our services involve personalized professional advice, research, and time-intensive tax/compliance filings, refunds are generally processed as follows:

  • Full Refund: If a cancellation request is received before any work or consultation has started.
  • Pro-rata Refund: For ongoing advisory subscriptions, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the unexpired portion of the service period, minus any statutory charges or non-refundable processing fees.
  • No Refund: Once a specific report (e.g., a Tax Audit or 15CA/CB) has been completed and delivered to the client, the fee for that specific service is non-refundable.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days through the original mode of payment.

Regulatory Assurance

In case of suspension or cancellation of our SEBI Registration (INA000017675), all active clients will be entitled to a pro-rata refund for the unexpired period of their service as per SEBI guidelines.
